We could wait with merging this until we have a couple of signatures from @willyko.
But every gitian build/sig is valuable... having the keys here in this repository makes things easier to verify and the integrity of the keys is sort-of protected in a signed-data-chain (gitian signatures of the tarbal which includes the keys to verify future versions).

I've verified that the signatures contributed in https://github.com/bitcoin-core/gitian.sigs/pull/619 verify with this key.

After discussion on IRC with @fanquake I'm just going to merge this, we can always remove keys again if people stop building for a long time.
