remove brew c++ flag
the c++ is not needed since the listed brew formulas no longer have this option. It also raises a warning that may generate confusion.

Homebrew made the boost formula c++11 only in https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/commit/7db3553e07d08e3c36689b62b9dea1732abe257d#diff-5148b5dd1fa3716ad2777ce49eaf03a9. edit: please ammend the commit message to something like "[Docs] Remove boost --c++ flag from osx build instructions"
