Update seed nodes for 0.8 #1224

   Before 0.8 is released, the compiled-in list of seed nodes should be updated.

   This should really also get onion seed nodes, and potentially testnet seed nodes (IRC stinks).

   Didn't get done for 0.7.... so I edited it so we (hopefully) get it done for 0.8.
