Maybe also list the bitcoin-core-dev mailing list: https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/bitcoin-core-dev although it isn't used except for release announcements. bitcoin-dev is more generally for Bitcoin things rather than Bitcoin Core things.
