Addresses #13433 and includes a few other items make distclean currently misses (share/rpcauth/__pycache__, src/test/*.cpp.log and src/wallet/test/*.cpp.log).

Just noting that the changes would have to be submitted to upstream leveldb and univalue.

Going to close this as it seems most of the files missed by distclean are from autogen.sh and configure, so any fixes would be better applied to them specifically.
