   Re-writing the gitian-build.sh has come up multiple times, most recently in here.

   Opening a “good first issue” so someone can find it.

   Thanks, the motivation for this is, that gitian-build is mostly a wrapper around the gitian builder to read some arguments and translate/pass them on. The bash script has some edge cases where it would break and not many of our devs are familiar with bash to fix those.
