Introduced --virtualization option.
Removed --kvm and --docker options.
All gitian-builder USE_* environment variables are set explicitly (also fix wrong global variables export).

dedicated --virtualization option
Introduced '--virtualization' option. Removed '--kvm' and '--docker' options. *all* gitian-builder USE_* environment variables are set explicitly (also fix wrong global settings).
