There is bunch of combinations Linux Distro (Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu etc) + Desktop Environment (GNOME, KDE, Xfce etc) + Graphical Shell (Unity, GNOME Shell etc).

This PR adds related requests to the issue template. Providing such data will make GUI-related issue reviewing and reproducing easier.

What is a graphical shell? Maybe this should be and/or?

hebasto commented at 2:28 PM on December 26, 2018:

    What is a graphical shell?

    For example:

Unity is a graphical shell for the GNOME desktop environment ...

GNOME Shell is the graphical shell of the GNOME desktop environment starting with version 3.

Agree that a graphical shell cannot be specified in each case. Sure, the wording should be better. Maybe "... and a graphical shell (if relevant)."?

    luke-jr commented at 9:06 PM on December 26, 2018:

Clarifying here won't explain it to someone submitting an issue. The comment itself needs to be clearer.

Perhaps "graphical shell" is a familiar term for GNOME users, but most KDE users will never encounter it, since almost all use Plasma+KWin.

    "(if relevant)" sounds good enough.

Yes, having this information can't hurt in any case and this might save a roundtrip asking. ACK
