The existing code in src/init.cpp for the --help option is, IMO, a bit of an eyesore in places, with very long lines and some strange concatenation. This PR is an attempt to clean this up. I targeted a line-length of 100 characters.

There are a lot of changes here, but should be no functionality changes (output tested as identical).

Thanks, however see the notes in CONTRIBUTING.md and discussion in #15465 as to why code formatting PRs are essentially automatically closed. By the way, if you think that code formatting is prohibiting contributions in any way, it'd be great to get your thoughts in #15465.

    I targeted a line-length of 100 characters.

Our .clang-format does not specify a column limit.
