GUI: using testnet3 causes client to never catch up #1588

Since the last testnet reset (that's what I call testnet3 here) I'm unable to fully sync the block-chain. Currently there are very few nodes which are testnet3 aware and so the number of blocks per node differs by a large amount, which I think causes this mess. I have no idea how to fix this though. Does bitcoind show this behaviour, too?

At the moment there are 8150 if you have that many or more you are fully synced. The gui is telling you otherwise because its stupid. Fix it. :)
