Add spacing to the command used for updating bitcoin_locale.qrc entries. This makes it slightly easier to copy output into the relevant Makefile.

Thanks. Please fix (squash any changes) your commit message to be something like doc: Add spacing to command in translation_process.md. We no-longer use trivial for any changes.
