   Now that the translations for 0.19.0 are frozen (#15940), run a final make -C src translate

   ACK fa27eded3a8b8665f19c57408cbd2b059a5031cd - matches what i see locally when running make translate -C src/. Done in a Debian container as make translate doesn't seem to work completely correctly for me on macOS.
