can we just get this over with instead of filing PR after PR for this?
if you change a URL, please change it all over the codebase, in #17166 you initially only changed one occurrence on a line, then you opened #17239 to change both of them, now you open another one for another occurrence
this is not an efficient way of working, neither for you nor reviewers
