   Testing this PR

   Run:

   $ make distclean
   $ ./autogen.sh
   $ CC=clang CXX=clang++ ./configure --enable-fuzz \
         --with-sanitizers=address,fuzzer,undefined
   $ make
   $ src/test/fuzz/p2p_transport_deserializer
   …
