Some good news, JetBrains has added makefile support to their excellent CLion IDE. This PR adds the .idea folder to gitignore so PRs do not end up with IDE related files added accidentally.

Thanks for your contribution but I tend to agree. We can't add the scribble files for every possible IDE to our gitignore. that's not something we'd want to maintain.
