Links works properly. The instructions at the link look good. Concept ACK on moving the instructions off of our repo and into the packaging repo. The linked instructions have been appropriately updated the instructions to fit in with our new versioning scheme for releases, but I'm not an expert on the correctness of the instructions as I've never gone through them.
