Mac Qt client (0.8.0-beta): main window cannot be restored after it is closed #2356

In Bitcoin-Qt 0.8.0-beta for Mac OS X, after closing the main window (red X window button), there is no apparent way to restore the GUI except by quitting and restarting the client, which can be time consuming.

Possible better alternatives for this:
1. Disable the red X close button.
2. Provide an obvious command for restoring the window if it is closed.
