identical binaries from multiple compile runs #2505

hi guys. i cannot seem to produce sha1 identical binaries from identical compile runs. can you look into this? it is important for cryptographic system audits, to be identical like this. and for package building and distribution applications. thx. you might want to run a strings diff between runs to see what i mean.

Please look at the gitian scripts, we have an entirely infrastructure for doing deterministic builds and our public binaries are parallel built and multisigned via the gitian infrastructure.
