Interesting suggestion. Although general build speed-up tips are somewhat out of scope, I don't think it hurts to mention the fact that it exists. No need to add any more details though.

I think this is a bit too high-level / generic to add to our notes. Also not a fan of linking to stackoverflow posts for random ssh advice (I'd suggest people read the actual distcc documentation).
