   Bump the version number. Generate the man pages. Generate example bitcoin.conf. Point release-notes.md to the wiki: https://github.com/bitcoin-core/bitcoin-devwiki/wiki/25.0-Release-Notes-Draft. Bump the version number in bips.md.
