the Proxy-function is still Broken / unusable 1!

It looks like there is a node out there that tries to connect to your through Tor, which doesn't support the extra bool flag in the version message. I don't think there's a fault on your side. Running through tor works fine for me.

Bitcoin+Tor is working for many people. I think you just had a bad peer, that happens sometimes and especially on Tor because the number of nodes is more limited there.
