macOS: Guix codesigning step broken #28756

   The v26.0rc1 macOS codesigned bins were DOA, due to the Guix codesigning step producing a broken macOS app, likely related to the changes in #28432. The unsigned / non-qt binaries run ok, when adhoc codesigned.
