my old version is bitcoin-0.3.24-win32 ,bitcoin-0.3.24-win32 is zip package can't uninstall, so ,is download bitcoin-0.8.5-win32 and install it

Can you try to start it with -upgradewallet (and be sure to have/make a backup of your wallet.dat).

At first glance this appears to be a block problem not a wallet problem. Try starting with -reindex to rebuild the block index. If that doesn't work (0.3.x is really ancient, so I have no idea what incompatibility issues may arise here), delete everything from your bitcoin directory except for wallet.dat and try again.
