The issue seems intermittent. Maybe an OOM in the container.

Has this happened again? If not, and the suspicion is OOM, then I think close, and re-open if it happens again, with more info / steps to reproduce?

I'll try to reproduce it locally.
I've run tests in a loop on NetBSD 10.1 for some time with no issues.
