doc: clarify tr(KEY) output key tweaking and reference BIP-386
The documentation for tr(KEY) descriptors now clarifies that: - The specified KEY is used as the internal key - The actual output key is computed by tweaking per BIP-341 - Links to BIP-386 for the full Taproot descriptor specification This addresses confusion where users might expect tr(KEY) to use KEY directly as the output key without tweaking. Fixes #30279
