doc: add Linux installation instructions for pre-built binaries
Add instructions for installing required libraries on popular Linux distributions (Ubuntu/Debian, Fedora, Arch Linux) to run the pre-built Bitcoin Core binaries. The pre-built binaries require xcb libraries that are not installed by default on many Linux systems, causing bitcoin-qt to fail to start. Also adds optional instructions for system-wide installation and a link to the full node guide for more detailed information. Fixes #32097
