Some misc CI config cleanups:
- Mainly, to derive the unique CONTAINER_NAME from the unique file name.
- Two refactors, to remove redundant stuff.

ci: Derive CONTAINER_NAME from the ci config file name
CONTAINER_NAME needs to be set and needs to be unique. Both can be ensured by using the file name.

It is already set by the source`d script.

The default already is GOAL=install, so it seems fine to rely on it.
