The BSD docs are tedious to maintain, because:
Fix all issues by merging everything back into build-unix.md
* Move the OpenBSD ulimit -d note to the general section on memory
limits, because Linux may be affected as well.
* Move the memory limits section to the end, because it should be the
least frequently needed one. (Review with --color-moved=dimmed-zebra)
Also, add dependency sub-sections and remove the duplicate
disable-wallet one.

Except for the list of packages, the mostly duplicate the cmake commands
and dependency descriptions redundantly.
I'm wondering whether #36042 (comment) can be easily integrated into the new Build Notes?
Yes, it should be a trivial addition to list pkgin install gcc14 in the table (or any other version).
If you think that mention of DCMAKE_C_COMPILER and DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER is important, then that seems unrelated, but I am happy to fix it, because the pre-existing section would require it as well. documenting them would only be done once in build-unix.md, not across a bunch of files. This is the goal of this pull request.
