Boost 1.56.0 released - seems to have problems with file_lock on Win32 #4658

Just a quick warning, if we consider upgrading. There seems to be a problem with file_lock on Win32, which I can fix by just commenting out #include <boost/interprocess/sync/file_lock.hpp> and the file_lock.

We indeed should skip Boost 1.56.0 as it's indeed a bug they now fixed in master.

Let's keep this open so that no one bumps the gitian dependency to 1.56.

Boost 1.57.0 was released a few days ago, I'm going to check if the bug here is fixed! http://www.boost.org/users/history/version_1_57_0.html
