If a source url fails to download, try again at $FALLBACK_DOWNLOAD_PATH/file.name, where $FALLBACK_DOWNLOAD_PATH can be overridden by the user. By default it's https://bitcoincore.org/depends-sources

Of course, this depends on https://bitcoincore.org/depends-sources actually being populated with these sources before it's useful...

This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. If you are waiting on a test, please check timestamps to verify that the test.log is moving at http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/current/ Contact BlueMatt on freenode if something looks broken.
