[OSX, docs] switching release builds to 10.7

gitian builder builds against 10.7. The docs should be consistant.

  25 | -only work when built as x86 and not x86_64. This is an especially nasty

As far as i can see, everything ist 64bit only:

At the top of build-osx.md you can change "Tested on OS X 10.6 through 10.9 on 64-bit Intel processors only."

[OSX] tested up to 10.10

remove 32bit text because nowadays it's obvious to support 64bit only on OSX.
