The Bitcoin indicator icon is stuck on the top left on Ubuntu. But the PPA version Indicator is fine and it's on the right with all the others indicators. and the Menu(Right click on the indicator) is more nice in the PPA version.

This is a known issue with Ubuntu. sni-qt, the plugin/patch/hack that 'intercepts' the Qt system tray commands to show in the Ubuntu indicator bar does not support Qt5 yet.
Intermediate solution: build against Qt4, not Qt5
So the PPA version is compiled with Qt4? and there is any future fix?
Yes, it is.
You'll have to take this problem upstream. I'm sure there is an issue on launchpad, but I wasn't able to find it.

Is this still an issue? Looks like it could be fixed with Qt 5.5
It's fixed in Qt5.5 which we use over the static dependencies builds ("official releases"). Closing.
