Nack, we're planning on removing all these dates in the near future. Also, if they were to be bumped, we'd do all the necessary dates in the codebase at once, rather than spreading it over multiple commits.

Thanks, but I'm going to remove all these (redundant) copyright notices from README files. People should refer to COPYING for license information for which, incidentally, the year was already updated.
