To encourage people to use testnet for testing it would be useful if it was easier to launch -testnet.
One straightforward way to do this would be for windows installer to create a "Bitcoin Core (Testnet)" link in the menu too, which does nothing but launch bitcoin-qt with -testnet flag.
The funny green icon sets it visually apart enough to not be confusing for users, I'd say.
