[TEST] [Travis] Remove hostname workaround #8253

   According to comments here the upstream fix for the hostname bug has been deployed, so we should be able to remove the workaround from travis.yml. Test PR to see build results.

   Travis fails. I think this is not important enough to keep open. Can be reopened later…
