Release schedule for 0.14.0 #8719

   Here is a proposed release schedule for 0.14.0. Like for previous major releases I’ve added 6 months to the previous release schedule (#7679), even though 0.13.0 was moved forward a month compared to the original planning. This means the planned release of 0.14.0 will be a month later compared to the planned release date of 0.12.0 last year.

   I think you meant 2017 for the first date?

   Bitcoin Core 0.14.0 [final] was released 2017-03-08. Only slipped the planned release date by about a week! I think that’s a historical record.

   Congratulations everyone on the release.
