    I think 0.14 with backport to 0.13.2 is fine. No need to do another rc round.

    @MarcoFalke 0.13.1, it "solves" the only remaining issue for the 0.13.1 milestone. Still needs doc updates, I just wanted to get the approach ACKed/verified asap.

    Fine with me, as this only changes the error message from
