Remove bitseed.xf2.org form the dns seed list #9730

   Tagged 0.14.

   Removes bitseed.xf2.org from the DNS seeder list because of the following reasons:

   • #8861 (comment)
   • Doesn't resolves IPv6 Address
   • Almost every IPv4 address in the response doesn't react on port 8333 ( crawler [if there is any] seems to be not working)

   (@cdecker, can you also check your seed.bitcoinstats.com for IPv6 support)

    @jonasschnelli thanks for the heads up. AAAA now working again, a dnslib update broke IPv6 serialization.
