“Coin Selection” coin list should be automatically refreshed if locked state of UTXO changes #433

   Another thing I noticed while testing https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/23065. If locked state of some UTXO is changed by calling lockunspent RPC, list is not automatically refreshed, user must manually close and open coin selection dialogue again.
