Release: Update `src/qt/locale/bitcoin_en.xlf` after string freeze #931

   This PR follows our Release Process and implements the "Translation string freeze" step.

   Steps to reproduce the diff on Linux:

   $ cmake --preset dev-mode
   $ cmake --build build_dev_mode --target translate
   # Adjust new plurals manually according to https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/doc/translation_process.md#handling-plurals-in-source-files
   

2. qt: Update src/qt/locale/bitcoin_en.xlf after string freeze

   New plurals have been adjusted manually according to the translation
   process documentation:

    I just noticed this:

    Looks like a redundant line to me. See the one above (i.e. line 2321).

    Line 2321 represents the singular form, while line 2322 represents the plural.
