   This PR is the product of

   1. merging of my active fuzzing directory to a fresh directory with -set_cover_merge=1 -shuffle=0 -prefer_small=1 -use_value_profile=0
   2. adding the entire result to the qa-assets fuzz_seed_corpus

   This PR is meant as one of two alternative contributions for the qa-asset compacting around the branch-off. Alternative to: #154

2. Append set_cover_merge of active fuzzing dir

   This adds the output of a merge to a fresh directory with
   `-set_cover_merge=1 -shuffle=0 -prefer_small=1 -use_value_profile=0`.
