Append merge from main and active fuzzing #154

   This appends the output of merging the main qa-assets repository and my active fuzzing directory to a fresh directory with -set_cover_merge=1 -use_value_profile=0 to the main qa-assets.

   This PR is meant as one of two alternative contributions for the qa-asset compacting around the branch-off. Alternative to: #153
