Add inputs for I2P and bitset targets #188

   I’ve added some initial inputs for i2p and bitset. The seeds for i2p come from @dergoegge’s long fuzz run so they should be good to go. The bitset inputs I did on my own by merging from all of the existing inputs in fuzz_seed_corpus and then running the harness on an empty folder for some hours and then finally merging those two.

   There are a couple of other targets that need initial seed corpora. I can add those throughout the week.

   ACK, LGTM assuming that all tests pass.

   I checked this PR out locally and tested the coverage. Both sets look reasonably compact, and even after adding a few CPU hours of fuzzing only show minuscule improvements.

   I guess script_parsing was a rename and should be fixed by copying the folder.
