Should be fine to use a newer version.

Also needed for https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/36036

For reference, bumping to Ubuntu 26.04 still fails with #289 (comment)

To run this script, install a fresh VM, as explained in the script's doc, then run it:

Bumped Ubuntu after https://github.com/AFLplusplus/AFLplusplus/commit/2086cbbeca9bb24e62cc8a782e66ae7a4ec4d6da (should land in the stable branch eventually, I guess)
