Apparently #1072 didn't work out. I should have done this here directly.

Core vendors a script for retrying (https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/tree/master/ci/retry) but I think that's overkill for us.

ci: Revert "Attempt to make macOS builds more reliable"

This reverts commit d9396a56da13df97827e193f636a7593fb4d7864, which
didn't have the desired effect.
