Concept ACK I guess
It would be nice to get #1663 working, but that’s a different issue and this may require some effort. Still, let’s put this PR on hold until they really remove the image.

I missed an important update from GHA developers.
From https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/13045:
For users that require the x86_64 (Intel) environment, we are introducing a new label to migrate to:
macos-15-intel.I’ve tested it. Valgrind is still broken.
