Noticed that while working on moving the build system to CMake. But I am not the first one :)

Ping @dongcarl (it looks safe to remove, but also, there's no point in doing so if it needs to be re-added in the next bitcoinkernel PR)

Let's remove it for now, I don't have immediate or concrete plans that would use this and we can always add it back when I do need it.
