   Haven’t tested it but most likely is just a missing queue sync. E.g. call self.nodes[0].syncwithvalidationinterfacequeue() after line 541.

   Wasn’t able to reproduce this so far. And this was only seen once?

   I don’t think I’ve seen it again. Can close for now, and reopen a new issue if it happens again.
