It would be nice to test the ARM32 assembly in Valgrind
See #1433 for an older attempt to do this on ARM64 in Cirrus CI. We could try to do the same on ARM64 in GHA. An alternative would option be to get MSan builds running within QEMU, but this sounds less flexible.
We'll probably run into #776 then. That will be annoying but it's also an opportunity to resolve/workaround #776 somehow.
