Changes the application name to Bitcoin-Qt-regtest when instead of Bitcoin-Qt-testnet

As this affects the QSettings name, this does result in the first launch of bitcoin-qt -regtest to start with cleared settings, but as regtest is for temporary testing this is not something that needs to be noted in the release notes IMO.
